The Christmas Postcard

A small keepsake for a special Christmas

The Christmas Postcard is a small, personalised keepsake designed to be painted by little hands and gifted to someone special. It features a space in the centre for a child to create their own artwork, framed by a simple Christmas message personalised with the recipient’s name and the artist’s name.

Merry Christmas [Name]
Love from [Name]

Once painted, it becomes more than a Christmas gift. It becomes a small record of this particular Christmas - something to hang on the tree, display at home, or bring out year after year.

Crafted from lightweight 2mm basswood, the postcard is easy to send by mail, making it a thoughtful way to share a little piece of Christmas with loved ones near and far.

A thoughtful gift for grandparents, teachers, family and friends, and a lovely way for children to gift something they have made themselves.

A note on making

The central artwork area is intentionally left unfinished, ready for your own creative touch.

For a crisp, clean edge, mask around the paint area with low-tack tape before painting. Allow the paint to dry completely, then gently peel away the tape to reveal the finished border.

Please note: This listing is for the unfinished wooden postcard only. Paints and decorating materials are not included.

Care instructions:
To keep The Christmas Postcard looking beautiful, please store it in its packaging when not in use. Keep away from direct sunlight, store in a cool space, and avoid contact with water.
