We're pleased to offer free New Zealand shipping on all orders over $100.

• Orders over $100: Free nationwide tracked shipping.
• Orders under $100: Flat rate of $10.
• Rural delivery: Additional $6.

Every Moth & Co piece is made to order and carefully packaged before making its way to you.

As each order is created especially for you, please allow 7-10 business days for dispatch. Once your order is dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by our courier partners and are outside of our control.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A physical delivery address is required at checkout.

International Shipping

We don't currently offer standard international shipping through our website. If you're shopping from overseas, we'd love to help, simply get in touch for a personalised shipping quote.

Returns & Exchanges

As every Moth & Co piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please check all spelling and personalisation details carefully before placing your order, as we cannot replace or refund items due to customer errors.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there has been an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to make it right.
